Terms of Service

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

The contract is concluded with The CodeCave GmbH, Alfred-Nobel-Str. 29, 50226 Frechen, Germany (Amtsgericht Bielefeld, HRB 44492). These terms apply to every purchase of LaunchRepo through launchrepo.dev, whether you buy as a consumer or as a business. Your own terms and conditions do not become part of the contract, even if we do not object to them separately.

2. What you get

LaunchRepo is a private Git repository containing directory launch playbooks (written instructions, form fields, observed hurdles and evidence rules for individual launch platforms), a product-brief template, a local submission tracker script, agent instructions and setup guides. The current scope is listed on the product page at the time of purchase.

With your purchase you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use this content for an unlimited number of software products that you or your company own and operate, with an unlimited number of your own AI agents or team members working on those products. You may clone the repository and keep your copy; access to the hosted repository is bound to one GitHub account that you connect after purchase.

We may publish updates to the repository at our discretion. Updates that we publish are included, but we do not promise any particular update, cadence or future scope.

3. What you do not get

You may not resell, rent, sublicense, publish or otherwise redistribute the repository or substantial parts of it, share your access with third parties, or use the content to build or operate a competing directory-submission product or service. Using LaunchRepo to launch products of clients or other third parties (for example as an agency) requires a separate licence; contact us.

All intellectual property in LaunchRepo remains with us. Names, logos and badges of third-party platforms shown on our website belong to their respective owners and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.

4. LaunchRepo is not a submission service

We do not submit your product anywhere. Your own AI agent or team performs every submission using your own accounts, on your own responsibility and at your own cost (including usage fees of your AI provider). You are responsible for complying with the terms of each launch platform and for everything your agent enters or publishes.

Each launch platform decides independently whether, when and how it lists a product. Platforms change their forms, rules, eligibility criteria and fees at any time. We therefore do not guarantee that any submission succeeds, that any listing goes live, that a platform accepts your product type, or that a documented free path still exists.

Numbers such as “up to 222 directories” describe the size of our playbook list. How many platforms fit your product depends on your product, your accounts and each platform’s rules. Pilot results shown on our website are examples from our own launch, not a promise of listings, traffic, rankings, backlinks, sales or any other outcome.

5. Price and payment

The price shown at checkout applies, including VAT where applicable. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not receive your full card details. Our price rises in steps after a fixed number of sales, as announced on the product page. You pay the price valid at the moment of your purchase; later price changes in either direction do not entitle you to a refund or an additional payment.

After we receive confirmation of your payment we send an access email to the address you used at checkout. You then verify that email and connect your GitHub account, after which we invite that account to the repository. If a payment fails, is reversed or is charged back, access is revoked.

6. All sales are final

LaunchRepo is digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium. Delivery begins immediately after payment confirmation. By completing your purchase you expressly request that we start delivering the content immediately and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has begun (§ 356 (5) BGB). Business customers have no right of withdrawal.

For this reason we do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations after access has been delivered, except where mandatory law requires otherwise (for example in case of a defect that we cannot remedy). If you are unsure whether LaunchRepo fits your product, read the public description and FAQ or ask us before buying.

7. Your obligations

Provide a working email address and connect a GitHub account that belongs to you. Keep your access credentials, access links and session secure and do not pass them on. Use LaunchRepo only for lawful purposes and in a way that respects the terms of the platforms you submit to; do not use it to spam, mislead or abuse third-party services. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the product information you or your agent submit.

8. Availability, updates and support

We aim to keep the repository available but offer no service level or uptime guarantee. We may move, restructure or rename the repository and may discontinue distribution of LaunchRepo at any time; in that case you keep the copy you have cloned. Playbooks describe what we observed on the noted date; we are not obliged to keep them current.

Support is provided by email (info@thecodecave.de) on a best-effort basis without guaranteed response times. Support does not include performing submissions, configuring your AI agent or resolving issues with third-party platforms or accounts.

9. Warranty and liability

LaunchRepo is documentation and tooling, delivered as described on the product page. Statutory warranty rights for digital content apply. Because the content describes third-party platforms that we do not control, a change made by such a platform after your purchase is not a defect of LaunchRepo.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. In case of slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation (an obligation whose fulfilment makes proper performance of the contract possible in the first place), and then only for typical, foreseeable damage. In all other cases liability is excluded. In particular, we are not liable for rejected submissions, suspended third-party accounts, AI provider costs, lost profits or lost business.

10. Termination of access

We may revoke your repository access if you materially breach these terms, in particular by sharing access, redistributing the content or reversing your payment. Statutory rights of both parties remain unaffected.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future purchases. The version published at the time of your purchase governs your contract; we recommend saving a copy.

12. Governing law and final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country of your habitual residence remain unaffected. If you are a merchant, legal entity under public law or special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Cologne, Germany.

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Should a provision of these terms be invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.
