My story so far
No overnight success here. Nine years of building things, most of them for clients, and a fairly recent decision to build my own products where everyone can watch.
- 2017
First lines of code at 17
In 11th grade I started programming and built mobile apps together with a friend from school. It was supposed to be a hobby. It did not stay one.
- 2018
First company, with my best friend
My best friend from school and I founded K&J Software Solutions GbR and started building apps for paying clients while we were still figuring out how any of this works.
- 2021
The CodeCave GmbH
We founded The CodeCave GmbH, the software studio we still run together today. Since then we have shipped more than 20 live apps that reach over 210,000 users.
- 2025
Building in public
We founded two more companies: RoadReview GmbH, a tech start-up, and a holding. That summer I watched Marc Lou’s Starter Story video and it pushed me to start building in public. My first SaaS ever, gpt-watermark-remover.com, made its first €1,000 within four months. Then I sold it.
- Early 2026
MoveMRR
Selling a SaaS taught me how painful it is to move Stripe subscriptions to a buyer, so I built MoveMRR. It made several thousand euros in revenue, and I sold 50 % of it for $10,000.
- 2026
SeoMap and LaunchRepo
I launched SeoMap, ran out of patience submitting it to directories by hand, and turned the fix into LaunchRepo. Around 25 founders use it so far.
Why LaunchRepo exists
Having product ideas is the easy part for me, and thanks to AI coding agents, so is building them. What I kept running into was the other half: getting anyone to see or even know about what I had built is just as hard, if not harder. I found that honestly demotivating.
With SeoMap I submitted to three directories by hand. Then I had no desire left to do a fourth. So I built the thing I wanted: playbooks my own coding agent can follow, and a tracker that remembers where every submission stands. LaunchRepo is that workflow. I built it to solve my own pain, and I use it for every product I launch.
- 3directories submitted by hand before I gave up
- 100+submissions created with LaunchRepo in about 5 hours
- ~20 livewith ~40 more in review right now
- 0 → 16Domain Rating on my own project within 3 to 4 days
My own numbers, September 2026. The remaining ~40 submissions should go live over the next 2 to 16 weeks, and the rating is still moving. Every platform decides for itself what it publishes, so your results will differ.
Why I want to help
I got lucky. My very first SaaS found users right away, because it sat in an incredibly small niche. That early luck is the only reason I kept going with building in public at all. Only afterwards did I learn how hard finding users really is, and that what I had was beginner’s luck.
Plenty of people helped me along the way: founders who share their numbers, answer DMs and explain what worked for them. I would like to be that for someone else. I love building in public, and I want as many people as possible to stay motivated long enough for their product to get its chance.
That is also why LaunchRepo is a one-time purchase. You pay once, it is yours, and you can use it for every project you ever want to launch. I want to maximise the odds for each of your products, not bill you every month for it.
Who it is for — and who it is not for
You will probably like it if you…
- build SaaS products on the side or full-time
- like trying things out, are creative and have more ideas than time
- have little marketing experience, or no marketing budget, or both
- already work with a coding agent such as Claude Code, Codex or Cursor
I would honestly talk you out of it if you…
- want a done-for-you service where somebody else submits for you
- expect guaranteed listings, rankings or traffic — nobody can promise those
- do not want to run an agent on your own computer
What I have built
Ten products with verified revenue so far. Some earn money, some earn nothing yet, two found a buyer. All of them taught me something that ended up in LaunchRepo.
LaunchRepoActive
The toolkit your coding agent uses to submit your SaaS to directories and track every outcome.
MoveMRR50 % sold
Moves Stripe subscriptions to the buyer when a SaaS is sold, with an audit log.
21km.lolActive
A sponsorship experiment: the sponsor logos run a half marathon with me.
SeoMapActive
Local SEO geo-grid heatmaps. The pilot product LaunchRepo was built on.
ScoutMRRActive
Tracks competitor MRR, estimates valuations and keeps a start-up watchlist.
VibeWhisperActive
Voice-to-text for macOS, built on OpenAI Whisper. Pay once.
CVScoreActive
AI résumé check that scores a CV from 1 to 100.
SecretDropActive
Encrypted, zero-knowledge file sharing for developers (AES-256-GCM).
Pet CharactersActive
Turns pet photos into artistic portraits with AI.
GPT Watermark RemoverSold
Detected and removed invisible watermarks in AI-generated text. My first SaaS.
Numbers, in the open
I share revenue publicly because other founders doing the same helped me. TrustMRR reads the figures directly from Stripe: about $13,600 in verified revenue across ten products, with LaunchRepo at roughly $2,000 in the last 30 days. These are small numbers and I am fine with that. They are real.
