Founders who want a durable directory entry with a vote counter rather than a dated launch, and who accept that much of the site’s traffic goes to its article and forum sections.

What to prepare

• A login — voting requires it and the sign-in form offers email and Google.
• Title, description, thumbnail and category tags, matching what existing cards show.
• A decision on the “Feature My Startup” option, which is linked from the navigation but shows no public price.

What “live” means here

Live means your card appears in the /startups list with a timestamp and can collect votes. The public pages show no review timeline, so verify by searching the directory rather than waiting for an email.

Worth knowing

The header “Submit startup” link does not resolve to a form for logged-out visitors; log in first, then look for the submission route. The directory and the articles feed are separate sections, so check that your entry landed in the startup list and not only in the feed.
