LaunchRepo vs Submitator

Automated done-for-you directory submissions, one-time per product

Checked on October 1, 2026 — prices and features from the public website of Submitator; verify before buying.

Short answer: Submitator is the cheaper, hands-off choice for one product: from $29, its own browser automation submits for you and you follow the status in a dashboard. LaunchRepo is a repository bought once that your own agent runs in your accounts, for every product you build. One launch and no time: Submitator. Several launches, your accounts and your process: LaunchRepo.

Submitator and LaunchRepo solve the same problem from opposite ends. Submitator is a service: you pay per product, select directories in its dashboard, and its own browser automation submits from an inbox it creates for you, from $29 for 30 directories. LaunchRepo is a toolkit: one payment of €49.00, and your own AI agent works through 299 playbooks in your own browser and accounts, for every product you build. Submitator has even published a page about LaunchRepo, and it quotes us correctly on the essentials: we do not submit for you, and you handle the logins. The question is which trade suits you.

Five questions that decide it

Answer each question for the product you are launching next. Where most of your answers land is your pick.

Advertised vs committed

Submitator’s homepage leads with speed and Domain Rating numbers; its terms and FAQ are more careful. Here are both side by side, so you know which sentences you can hold them to. The DR figures are their claims, and we have not measured them.

On the homepageIn their terms or FAQHow to check it yourself
“24-48H delivery”They aim for 2–3 days; the committed ETA is 30 days from purchase while in beta. Each directory then lists you anywhere from instantly to 2 weeks later.Note your purchase date and compare it with the timestamps in their dashboard.
“+15 avg DR boost in 30 days” and “SEO boost guaranteed”Their FAQ: “Why don’t you guarantee DR growth? Because nobody honestly can.”Write down your Domain Rating before you buy; their daily DR chart is free before you pay.
“100+ directories” and “160+ directories in database”Their terms commit to at least 180 directories by the end of the year and 300 a year later; larger published figures are targets.Read the full directory list before buying and select only the directories that fit your product.
“30-day refund policy”Refunds are proportional, for directories not delivered within 30 days. Rejections are not refunded but credited as one extra directory.Keep the delivery report; a refund request rests on it.
Paid tiers of nine directories included, “over $140”Their FAQ names the nine; two of them are directories Submitator owns.Decide whether you want your product on those two before counting them as value.

Worked example: Three products over two years

Inputs — an example, swap in your own

  • Three products, each needing a round of directory listings.
  • Submitator, as published: Scale for each, 3 × $79 = $237; All Directories for each, 3 × $149 = $447.
  • LaunchRepo licence: €49.00 once for all three, plus what your AI provider bills for the agent runs.

For the first product Submitator is cheaper and takes almost none of your time. From the second product on it charges again, while LaunchRepo’s repository, product template and tracker are already there. What you trade is attention: with LaunchRepo you supervise each batch, sign in and approve; with Submitator you pick directories and wait. If your time is scarcer than money and you ship once, buy Submitator. If you ship repeatedly and want every listing in your own accounts, the licence is the better long-term buy.

An example with stated inputs, not a measured result. Submitator prices as published on October 1, 2026; your AI provider bills agent usage separately.

When Submitator is the better choice

  • Price for one product: Starter is $29 for 30 directories and Scale $79 for 100, both below €49.00.
  • Hands-off speed: they aim for 2–3 days, and you do not run, watch or resume an agent.
  • Badge directories without code changes: one component on your site serves the badges those directories require.
  • Paid tiers bundled: they state that the paid tiers of nine directories are included in every plan.
  • A refund path: a proportional refund for directories not delivered within their 30-day ETA. LaunchRepo is not refundable once access is delivered.

When LaunchRepo is the better choice

  • You launch more than one product. One payment covers all of them; Submitator charges each plan per project.
  • You want every listing in accounts you opened. Your agent works in your logged-in browser, with no third-party inbox between you and the directories.
  • You want to decide each submission yourself: what your product claims, which badges go on your site and which paid upgrades you decline.
  • You want a transparent state per listing in your own files: draft, submitted, pending, scheduled, needs you and live, in submissions.json.
  • You want the process to stay with you: 299 playbooks and your product brief, ready for a rename, a relaunch or the next product.

Verdict

For one product and no time to spare, Submitator is a strong buy: from $29, fast and hands-off, with badges and some paid tiers handled for you. Read its DR numbers as marketing, as its own FAQ does. LaunchRepo is the better investment when you will launch again, want every listing in your own accounts and want a clear, file-based record of what went live: €49.00 once for 299 playbooks and a tracker you keep. Neither can promise what a directory publishes.

Questions about LaunchRepo vs Submitator

What is the difference between LaunchRepo and Submitator?

Who does the work, and whose accounts hold the result. Submitator’s automation submits for you, per product, from an inbox it creates. LaunchRepo is a repository bought once; your own agent submits in your browser and accounts, and the tracker records what went live.

Which one is cheaper?

For one product, Submitator: $29 for 30 directories or $79 for 100, both below €49.00. For three products, Scale costs 3 × $79 = $237 and All Directories 3 × $149 = $447, while the LaunchRepo licence is paid once and your agent’s usage comes on top. Submitator prices in US dollars, we price in euros. Checked on October 1, 2026.

Will Submitator raise my Domain Rating by 15?

That is their advertised average, not something we measured. Their own FAQ answers “Why don’t you guarantee DR growth?” with “Because nobody honestly can.” LaunchRepo promises no DR either; every directory decides what it publishes.

How fast is Submitator?

The homepage says 24–48 hours. Their terms aim for 2–3 days and commit to 30 days from purchase while they are in beta, and each directory then reviews on its own schedule.

Can I use both?

Yes. A Submitator batch for a product that has to be visible this week, and LaunchRepo for the platforms where you want the listing in your own account, and for every launch after that.
