GoodFirms: how to get listed

GoodFirms is a B2B directory of service firms and software with verified client reviews and category rankings. Its pricing page says every firm goes through the same four-step research verification and that the acceptance rate is 23 percent.

Checked on September 17, 2026 on the platform’s public pages.

Who lists here

Agencies, service providers and B2B software vendors that can pass a verification with portfolio and client checks and want a profile with reviews and a Leader Matrix position.

What to prepare

  • A company profile with portfolio and case studies — the free tier lists a public profile, verified buyer reviews and algorithmic ranking.
  • Time for the verification; the site describes background checks, client interviews and portfolio audits.
  • A decision on PRO (shown at $49 per month billed annually), which adds featured placement and a Verified Business badge but, per the page, never a higher rating.

What “live” means here

Live means your public profile resolves and appears in its category list. Until the research team has verified the listing, an application is pending, and the page says most applicants do not make it.

Worth knowing

The Get Listed page sits behind a bot check; open it in a normal browser session. Sponsored placements are labelled and sold separately.
