Who lists here
Startups and scale-ups that want their funding and team data correct where investors look, and founders who want to signal that they are raising or hiring.
What to prepare
- A work email whose domain matches your website: that is how Dealroom checks the connection, and the knowledge base points you to support if the two differ.
- Company name, website and LinkedIn company page — the three fields the “Add your entity” route asks for when no profile exists yet.
- The profile content itself: logo, founding year, address, description, funding rounds and financials, team members and, if you want, a pitch deck as a PDF or Drive link in the Notes section.
What “live” means here
Live means your company resolves under dealroom.co/companies/<slug>/, you are listed on its team, and the pencil icon lets you keep info, financials, team and notes current. Removing or editing team entries stays limited to admin users.
Worth knowing
Search the lookup bar first — Dealroom’s own data collection may have created the profile long ago, in which case you click the edit icon and “Add yourself and make edits”. The knowledge base says founders who claim their profile get six months of free Premium access if the startup has raised under $10M, initially capped at 100 free founder accounts a month; the paid plans from €12,600 a year are data products, not a listing fee.
