Who lists here
Companies that sell to consumers from their own domain. An active website is mandatory: the claim article says all businesses, including small local ones and sole proprietors, need one to collect reviews on Trustpilot.
What to prepare
- An email address on the same domain as your website — if it matches, the claim finishes right away; if it does not, a separate domain verification step is added.
- The signup fields: business location, business name, website, your job title, annual revenue and employee count, then your name and phone number before the activation link arrives.
- Anything extra you want confirmed under Company activity: a valid identity document for proof of identity, or a Google Business Profile with the status “Verified” to sync your contact details.
What “live” means here
Live means the page shows a “Claimed profile” badge with the date it was claimed, you can reply to reviews and manage your business information, and the TrustScore, star rating and review summary keep coming from consumer reviews alone.
Worth knowing
The Free plan covers 50 automated invitations a month, the widget to collect reviews and replies; the TrustBox widgets that showcase trust start with the paid plans, which the pricing page lists from $99 per month per domain for Starter, $319 for Plus and $799 for Premium, billed annually on a twelve-month commitment. The consumer site blocks plain HTTP clients, so do the claim in a real browser session.
