Who lists here
Software and service vendors that sell to businesses and can bring real customers to write reviews. The scoring methodology says a product needs at least 10 reviews in a category to be included in a Grid report.
What to prepare
- A my.G2 login — the FAQ names LinkedIn, Facebook, Google or a business email — plus the profile fields the plans table lists: description, categories, packages and pricing.
- Profile assets in the documented formats: a logo of at least 400 pixels (JPG, PNG or GIF), an SVG grid logo under 5 MB and a 1260 × 240 banner.
- A plan for honest reviews: the methodology weights reviews gathered without incentives more heavily and says reviews collected by segmenting only happy customers can be removed.
What “live” means here
Live means your profile resolves on g2.com in the category the research team chose, and you can edit it in my.G2 once your claim is approved. Badges and Grid positions only come with enough reviews.
Worth knowing
The free plan lists three users, a basic profile, a standard seller page and basic review collection; Starter is shown at $299 a month or $2,999 a year for 1–100 employees, with a footnote putting year two at $599 or $6,000, and higher tiers go through sales. www.g2.com returned a 403 bot block to every check we ran, including a headless browser, so work in your own browser.
