SaaSHub: Submission guide

Prepare a software listing around accurate categories and real alternatives. The observed submission produced a publicly accessible page marked Pending approval. Public accessibility alone was not evidence of acceptance.

Observed:

Preparation

Have a live English website on your own domain, a product tagline, contact details and a short list of genuine competitors. Domain ownership verification may be separate from account login.

Workflow

Start with the product URL and check for an existing listing. Choose two or three precise software categories. Select a real alternative already present in the selector, complete contact fields and inspect the available submission plan.

Watch for

Do not invent an alternative when a competitor is missing from the selector. A software product should not be presented as an agency. Recheck the plan before submitting; the observed free option is not a permanent pricing promise.

What counts as confirmation

Keep submitted_pending_review while the page says Pending approval. Verify domain requests separately and check for acceptance before changing to live.
