Search the platform for the exact product name and domain, then inspect the signed-in product list. A public search can miss a pending submission. If a click times out, inspect the account before retrying: a timeout describes the browser response, not the server outcome.
Use states that answer a different question
Draft means work is saved. Prepared means a human action still blocks submission. Submitted pending review means the platform acknowledged receipt. Queued means an item is waiting for processing or a slot. Scheduled means a date is confirmed, and may still depend on approval. Live requires a verified public listing.
Two examples that prevent inflated totals
SaaSHub produced a public page still labelled Pending approval, so accessibility did not justify live. TinyLaunch confirmed a future launch while the dashboard still required approval. Store that qualification in the note instead of reporting a completed publication.
Make the next action reproducible
Record the platform, status, check date, a concise reason and next action. Keep account URLs and evidence in private storage. Share only reviewed public URLs. Never put login links or mailbox screenshots in a public report. The included tracker stores one current row per platform and requires explicit replacement.
Resume safely
When another agent takes over, read the latest row before touching the form. Check pending items on the owner’s chosen review date. Change to live only after checking the public page. A record tool cannot verify a platform for you; the operator must inspect the confirmation.
